Patient visits are scheduled from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday.

After Hours Emergencies

Outside of office hours, all calls are forwarded to the on-call physician who will promptly return your call. We request that all non-emergency calls be made during office hours.

If you experience a life-threatening emergency, PLEASE DIAL 9-1-1 IMMEDIATELY.

Prescriptions

All prescription refills will be processed within 24 hours of notice to our office. No requests for narcotic pain medications are accepted after clinic hours.

Medical Records

A medical release waiver must be signed in order to obtain a copy of your medical records or to have them sent to another health care provider. If you are requesting that your records be sent to another provider we ask that you supply us with their name, address, and phone number.
