Appointments

If you are calling to schedule routine or preventative care, please call our office a few weeks in advance of your preferred appointment date. This will allow us to accommodate your busy schedule. Patients are seen by appointment only, with the exception of emergency situations.To schedule an appointment, please call us at (615) 826-1716 or book an appointment online.

Our office staff and physicians make every effort to see our patients at their specified appointment time. In the event that your physician is called out of the office for a delivery or an emergency, our staff will notify you as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of obstetrics, there may be times when your appointment will need to be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding during these times and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Office Hours

Our office hours are 7:30am until 5:00pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00am until 2:00pm on Friday

Phone Calls

During regular office hours, telephone calls are triaged to the appropriate department, and messages are checked throughout the day. Please allow staff until the close of business to return your call unless your call is an emergency. Messages left prior to 4:00 p.m. will be returned on the same business day by the medical staff.

Outside of office hours, all calls are forwarded to the on-call physician who will promptly return your call. We request that all non-emergency calls be made during office hours. No requests for narcotic pain medications are accepted after clinic hours.
